Exchange Policy
At CulishSports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Exchange Policy ensures a simple and hassle-free process if you need a different size, color, or product.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
You can request an exchange if:
The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.
Exchanges that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
Worn or damaged products
Undergarments or innerwear
Customized or personalized items
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
3. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange:
Email us at info@culishsports.com with your Order ID and reason for exchange.
Our support team will confirm your request and provide the return/exchange instructions.
Ship the item securely to the address provided.
Once received and inspected, we will process the exchange and dispatch the replacement item.
Note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
4. Processing Time
Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product.
You will receive an email confirmation when your replacement item is shipped.
5. Size or Color Unavailability
If the requested size or color is not available, we will:
Offer an alternative product (if available), or
Process a refund to your original payment method.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@culishsports.com.
Provide photos of the product and packaging for verification.
We will send a replacement item free of charge.
