1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
The request is made within 7 days of product delivery.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Worn, washed, or damaged products
Undergarments or innerwear
Customized or personalized items
Products purchased during sale or clearance events (unless defective)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
Email us at info@culishsports.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
Our support team will confirm your request and share the return address.
Ship the item securely to the address provided.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or exchange.
Note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are issued only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.).
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color:
Please raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the item.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
In case the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@culishsports.com.
Provide photos of the product and packaging for verification.
Once confirmed, we will send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order if they have not been processed or shipped.
To cancel, please contact us immediately at info@culishsports.com.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
